March 31, 2009—Yamaha suspended sales of its popular Rhino off-road vehicle due to defects that make the Rhino prone to rollover during normal driving. In announcing the recall, the CPSC noted that many accidents involving the Yamaha Rhino involved turns at relatively low speeds and on level terrain.
